Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier performance. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries. Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated during checkout, and free shipping may be available on eligible orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
